Terms of use

Last updated: 23 October 2026

The rules for playing on Etheria, kept as short as we could.

About these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and NOJU ([[LEGAL ENTITY NAME]]), which runs Etheria at etheria.games. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Etheria.

Who can play

You need to be at least 13 to use Etheria. If you're under 16, you need a parent's or guardian's permission where the law where you live requires it.

Each game has an age rating, and we ask you to respect it:

GameAge ratingWhat to expect
Turbo RallyAll agesSuitable for everyone.
Coaster KingdomAll agesSuitable for everyone.
Quick PlayAll agesShort casual games, suitable for everyone. Some are made by other studios.
Metropolis 30009+City building.
Firestorm13+Modern-combat strategy between fictional factions. No gore.
Neon Bay13+Open-world crime with stylised weapons. No blood, and bystanders and police are never harmed.

Parents can find more on our page for parents.

Free to play, and Shards

Etheria is free. There are no purchases at launch.

You earn Shards by playing. Shards are a cosmetic-only virtual currency: they have no cash value, can't be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and aren't your property. Because they're saved in your browser, clearing site data removes them.

Our promises: no pay-to-win, no loot boxes, no gambling mechanics.

We plan to add Etheria Plus, a subscription, and cosmetic purchases later. When we do, we'll update these terms first, including how payments, cancellations and refunds work.

Playing fair

Please don't:

If someone breaks these rules, we may block their access.

Our games and art

The Etheria games, art, music, logos and code belong to NOJU or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-commercial permission to play them in your browser. That permission doesn't let you copy, resell or redistribute them.

Quick Play games from other studios

Some Quick Play games are made by other studios and served from our content network. Their creators own them. We pick them with care, but we don't control everything about them, and they may come with their own terms.

The service as it is

We work hard to keep Etheria fun and running, but we provide it as is and as available. Games may change, be paused or be retired, and progress saved in your browser can be lost, for example if your browser clears its storage.

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from using or being unable to use Etheria. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when accounts or purchases arrive. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll tell you on the site before they take effect. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [[GOVERNING LAW / COUNTRY]]. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there.
